When you fill out an enquiry, contact, or quote form on this site, we collect your name, business/organisation name, email address, phone number, and whatever details you choose to share about your project. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, browser, approximate location) through Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the project you've hired us for, and — only with your consent — to occasionally tell you about services you may find useful. We do not sell your contact details to anyone.

Lencop Campus is software we build and host for schools and coaching centres — each one an independent customer ("the Institute") running its own students, staff, fees and records on its own subdomain. Because an Institute's data belongs to that Institute and its students' families, not to Lencop, this part works a little differently from most privacy policies:

• The Institute is the data controller for its own students', staff's and guardians' personal data — names, contact details, attendance, fees, academic records, and (where the Institute chooses to store it) identity documents. The Institute decides what it collects and why, and is the right place to ask about correcting or deleting a student's or staff member's own information.
• Lencop is the data processor — we host the software, keep it running, back it up, and act only on the Institute's instructions. We do not read, sell, or use an Institute's student data for our own purposes, including marketing.
• Lencop is the data controller only for the Institute's own account information — its billing details, subscription plan, and the platform-usage data we need to run and support the service.
