  4. In case Client is Not Satisfied & does't want to continue with our services then only Domain will transferred to Client account without any further questions.

  5. Lencop technologies reserves all the rights of the website designed by us and the script which is been designed by us.

Lencop technologies is not liable for any kind of data loss once the domain is been transferred to the client as we hold the rights to not share our web hosting with any client/any third party company for the privacy data protection of other clients. and no refund shall be granted in any case.

  7. We keep the backup of every Website/ App for 1 month that we delivered to our client even after the client is not continuing with us. After 1 month the backup will be deleted permanently from the server and can't be recovered at any cost.

  8. In any situation if the client dont want to take our services any more or comes back within one month.. there will be additional charges to reconfigure the domain and hosting/retrieve backup and upload on to the server charges may vary according to the size of backup.

  9. Our website has materials such as texts, images, and sound, protected by copyright/intellectual property rights. All the materials in this site are owned by us or licensed by its owners (incase of using third-party logos or images we ensure to provide the respective source, and disclosure) for usage on our website. In case you wish your use of any material found here online cannot be completely free from liability including intellectual theft then please contact us before downloading anything so that it can remain safely with you."

Under such circumstances, we may process a refund or cancellation under the mutually agreed conditions.

Filing a Complaint

At Lencop Technologies Private Limited, we will keep up our promise of taking every project to the final stage and completing it as per your requirements. If such a situation arises where you are dissatisfied with our services, a refund will be considered only when things truly go out of hand. In case something goes wrong or if any product is damaged at all during delivery, please do not hesitate in sending us an email via "Contact Us" tab. We would also like take steps to ensure speedy returns within 30 days from receiving payment (you can send them by PayPal).

We will strive to find a solution where both of us can mutually agree on. Even then, if you wish to get a refund, we request you to send a message for a final dialogue before we proceed with the refund.

With this in mind and after careful consideration, I would respectfully ask that any such contact be made directly through our respective email addresses within two weeks."
