Welcome to the Lencop Technologies Private Limited website

Lencop Technologies Private Limited ("Lencop", "we", "us", "our"), headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, with a branch office in Rourkela, Odisha, runs two things covered by these terms: this website, where we offer web design, app development and digital marketing services, and Lencop Campus, our subscription software for schools and coaching centres. Part A below covers the services you engage us for as a client. Part B covers Lencop Campus, if your institute subscribes to it. Please read the part relevant to you carefully before continuing.

Part A — Web design, app and digital marketing services

By continuing to browse and use our site, or by engaging us for a project, you agree to abide by the following terms.

Links to external web sites may be found on our website. We provide these links only to help you find relevant websites, services or products that may interest you.

Internet browsers have the capability of saving small files referred to as "cookies" that allow websites to recognize your account. Our website takes advantage of this capability to enhance your online experience. You can prevent your computer from accepting cookies, though certain functionality may be impaired if you do so.

  1. Our website may include links to external web sites. These links are provided only to help you find relevant websites, services/products which may interest you. They do not mean we endorse those websites. It is your responsibility to decide whether the services/products on those websites are suitable for you. Lencop Technologies Private Limited is not responsible for the owners or operators of those website.

  2. The content on our website is general and is subject to change without notice. Use of materials/information on our website is entirely at your own risk and we are not liable for the damages you may suffer. We ask that you please read this policy before using or accessing any web site containing information about us, our products & services, etc.

  3. We do our best to give you accurate information through our website. However, please make sure to contact us or another qualified expert before making any important decision that could affect your business, safety or property.

  4. If a client is not satisfied and no longer wants to continue with our services, the domain will be transferred to the client's account without further questions.

  5. Lencop Technologies reserves all rights to the website design and code we build, until any agreed transfer is complete.

  6. Lencop Technologies is not liable for data loss once a domain has been transferred to the client, as we do not share our web hosting with any client or third party, for the privacy of our other clients' data. No refund is granted in this case.

  7. We keep a backup of every website or app we deliver for 1 month after delivery, even if the client stops working with us. After 1 month, that backup is permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.

  8. If a client wants to resume our services within that month, reconfiguring the domain and hosting, or retrieving and re-uploading a backup, may carry additional charges depending on the size of the backup.

  9. Our website contains text, images and other material protected by copyright or other intellectual-property rights. All such material is owned by us or licensed to us (third-party logos or images are credited to their source). If you want to use anything from this site beyond normal browsing, please contact us first.

  10. We select and review the work we showcase on our website carefully, and perform quality checks before publishing it, to make sure what we display is accurate and representative.

  11. Illegal use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offence. You may not copy (print, store, download), distribute, broadcast, or tamper with any content on this website except as expressly permitted by these terms.

Cancellation and refund policy

We rely on this policy to protect both you and us. If you are not satisfied with our services for reasons genuinely beyond our control, we may agree to a refund or cancellation under mutually agreed conditions. If a project deliverable is incomplete or defective, please email us via the Contact Us page so we can put it right — we aim to resolve issues within 30 days of the concern being raised, and will work with you toward a solution both sides agree on before any refund is processed.

Filing a complaint

We take every project through to completion as agreed. If something goes wrong, email us through the Contact Us page and we will work toward a mutually acceptable solution before considering a refund claim.

Part B — Lencop Campus, the platform

Lencop Campus is separate software, subscribed to by your school or coaching centre (the "Institute") rather than by an individual visiting this website. If your Institute uses Lencop Campus, these points apply in addition to the general terms above:

  • The Institute owns its data. Students, staff, fee records, attendance, documents and everything else entered into the platform belong to the Institute. Lencop hosts and operates the software on the Institute's instructions and does not use that data for its own purposes.
  • Subscriptions and billing follow the plan the Institute has signed up for, are billed in advance, and access moves to a read-only state if payment lapses — nothing is ever deleted for non-payment, and every screen remains readable and exportable.
  • Availability. We take reasonable steps to keep the platform available and back it up regularly, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Acceptable use. The Institute is responsible for what its staff and users do on the platform, and for keeping login credentials secure.

Changes to these terms

Lencop Technologies Private Limited may update these terms at any time. Please check this page periodically — continued use of our website or the Lencop Campus platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Data protection

Personal data you give us through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. For Lencop Campus, data protection is covered in the platform's own Privacy Policy.
